FOUR London’s Clients’ Favourite Summer Beauty Products
We’ve spoken to three of our wonderful FOUR London clients to find out their favourite summer beauty products for gorgeous skin and hair this summer.
Yvie Burnett – Vocal Coach
My go-to beauty product for summer (and actually all year round) is Clarins’ Liquid Bronze Self-Tanning for Face & Décolleté. I’ve been using it for years and it never fails! I apply it a couple of times a week and it gives me a gorgeous glow for days when I don’t have much make-up on. For everyday moisturising I like to use Charlotte Tilbury’s Unisex Healthy Glow – it’s similar to a tinted moisturiser but it gives a really natural glow with a bit of dewiness which I love. And an absolute must have in my bag during lovely hot summers is a facial mist. One of my favourites is the Rosey Rain Facial Cooling Spray by Meg’s Menopause. It’s a yummy combination of natural rose oil and marshmallow extract and it’s so great for hydrating and soothing skin. Apply before make-up and you have a great skin primer or after make-up for a dewy finish. It’s just what the summer ordered – now we just need the sun to shine!

I love Gorgias London’s Berry Blend Facial Oil, it’s so nourishing for my skin but it doesn’t leave any oily residue. I also wouldn’t go anywhere without my Gingerlily London Silk Eye Mask – that luxurious feel of silk across your eyes is just the best! When I’m away filming the Good Karma Hospital in Sri Lanka I completely rely on Avon’s Skin So Soft Body Oil, not only does it keep my skin so smooth but I find it keeps the mosquitoes away!

I ADORE Beauty Pie products! My must-have would be the Beauty Pie Feather Light UVA/UVB SPF 50 Sunscreen & Primer, I use it every single day to protect my skin as it’s so easy to apply and just feels like a fabulous moisturiser. At 61, I need an effective night cream, the one I am using is Beauty Pie’s Super Retinol (+ Vitamin C) Night Renewal Moisturiser. It works so well whilst I’m sleeping, it’s like a good night’s sleep in a tube! With all the extra hand washing we’ve been doing in the last year, a good hand cream is key and I’ve been loving Beauty Pie’s Super Retinol Anti-Aging Hand Treatment . It locks in moisture, keeps my hand smooth and makes them look younger! For my hair, my lovely hair colourist at FOUR London, Maleeka, recommended I use Color WOW’s Raise the Root. It’s a fabulous fine mist, leave-in volumising spray that gives much needed va-va-voom to my fine hair. I love the fact that it can be used both on damp hair after washing and on dry hair if it needs a little lift before I head out for the evening.
